Sekonyer River
This is the confluence of Sekonyer Kiri and Sekonyer Kanan.
The Sekonyer is a black-water river. Its water is dyed by nutrients
from the soils of the surrounding peat swamp. Sekonyer Kanan is still
clean, Sekonyer Kiri is muddy from mining activities carried out upstream.
